Invitation to Update Contact Information and Volunteer to Put Your Interests, Knowledge, and Skills to Work for the Parish!

 

On the weekend of September 12th - 13th  or at the spring parish-wide meetings, parishioners completed forms with updated contact information including email addresses, and also indicated any area for which they would like to volunteer.  Knowing that many parishioners may have been away for the weekend or not able to attend the spring meetings, the Pastoral Council is providing this electronic means of providing your contact information. The form is in Microsoft Word format. You can download it below, fill it out on your computer, print it out and mail or return it to either of the parish offices. You can also attach the completed form to an e-mail addressed as shown below.

The information at the top of the forms indicates the ways that you can submit your completed form.

 

Paper forms have also been placed in the Narthex of both churches if you prefer that means of providing information. These can be completed and left there or completed at home and placed in the collection basket.

 

The Holy Spirit Pastoral Council is overseeing this effort, which is part of an initiative to improve parish communications. Watch for changes in our website as well as the inauguration of a parish Facebook page, also part of this initiative.
